These snack bites are perfect to satisfy your sudden munchy cravings, great as a pre and post workout snack, as an energy booster and you can bring them to work or school. Believe me, you would want to eat the entire batch after taking your first bite. So be warned!

RECIPES:
1) Mini Protein Cupcakes
Ingredients: 1 cup Rolled Oats, 2 scoops Protein Powder, 1 large Banana.

2) 3-Ingredient Energy Booster
Ingredients: 1 cup Prunes, 1 cup Goji Berries, 1 cup Sunflower Seeds.

3) No-Bake Mini Cookie Dough
Ingredients: 1 can Chickpeas, 1/4 cup Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey.

All these recipes are super easy and versatile. With the basic 3 ingredients, you can jazz it up with all kind of ‘add-ins’ to suit your taste, such as chocolate chips, chia seeds, shredded coconut, any nuts or seeds and more.

I made the no cook chickpea cookies. They are good. I might melt chocolate and roll it in that but next time I also might add some mini vegan chocolate chips. A slight crunch might be nice. Thanks for the recipe! I made it in about 5 mins.

I made all of them!The chickpea one is so amazing!You can't feel the chickpea at all but it is so satisfying. My boyfriend and I were craving something sweet and after 2 pieces we were so full! They taste just like cookie dough.Thank you for these amazing recipes!

OMG looks sooo good, they making me hungry right now .. since that these recipes contains natural sweetness, I would probably make them for my mom because she is unfortunately diabetic and suffers from cancer. I think this would make her so happy... thank you so much lovely Joanna xoxo

I made the chickpea cookies. They taste like Kinako (Soy powder) and like Japanese traditional sweets. They are yummy!
