Driver sentenced to at least 8 years in prison for 2020 DWI crash on I-287 that killed man, teen

Anguish filled a Westchester County courtroom on Monday during the sentencing of a man who killed a father and a teenager in a wrong-way crash. CBS2's Tony Aiello reports.

He already have 3 DWI on record before he kill 2 people . I don't think he is sorry for what he have done he is just sorry he have to paid for it . Eight years is not enough but I guess that is the max he can get on the charge .

When someone takes another person's life, it shouldn't matter by what method it happened. That murderer should be automatically ordered to serve life sentence without parole for that life they took.
Many criminals with long rap sheets continue to hurt innocent people every day because they aren't where they belong.
