Hi Geo from the grey, damp North West of the UK. Long time viewer, first time commenter. I really appreciate all the videos and the work you put in to them. They're a lot of fun and they've really helped my DE and SE shaving technique but not my RAD! Any chance of more videos on SE razors both vintage and current? Thanks again and I hope you and yours are all well and staying safe. Cheers from an old VW triker 🙂

You did it, you've created one of the shortest DE shaving videos on the internet. Well done, sir. I can't shave that fast and still be safe.

I've been a Greaser since I was 15. I've loved the old school ways and fell in love with the shaving aspects of that day and age. I've spent so long to find a place where I can find some unique and worth the money products, that has all the equipment for a straight razor and such. After watching one video of yours and checking out your store. I immediately bought my first order from you. I cant wait to receive the products and try them out. I'm sure it will not be my last order! I love your channel and I love what you are doing. A male figure to teach me better ways to shave and how to use and look for the correct tools. Thank you for all that you do.

It just dawned on me that in 20 years, I will probably still be watching your videos. We will both be old men, but I will still have something to learn from you!

I take my time for shaving because for me it is a pleasure to shave. No need to hurry up

Hi Geo. I have had a beard and/or stubble for the past 10 years, and finally just couldn’t take it anymore. I recently rediscovered my passion for wet shaving and have taken out my DE razor and brush, and man...I sure missed the experience. Since then, I discovered your videos and am loving them. Great job setting up your business and within the shaving community. Thank you.

Just curious, Geo, what is your favorite DE razor? And what do you do with all the soaps, crepes, razors etc, after you demonstrate them? And how many times do you use a blade before you trash it? Thanks for posting this video!

Hey everyone and geofatboy! Need a little help here. My problem is: My moustache seems like uncut and it looks dark black like a shadow after I shave.
I've been using traditional shaving equipments for 8-9 months and I had crystal clear results. Everything was fine until 2 months ago. My moustache began to remain. Although there is no hair left on the skin and it's cut pretty well, my moustache looks like a shadow. It is pretty dark. After I shave, people began to ask me if I'm growing a moustache. It looks like I'm not cutting it on purpose but there is literally no hair in the area. I've always been shaving 3 passes with Merkur 34C and Mühle R41 since 8-9 months. WTG XTG ATG is the way for me. Last couple of months I've begun to feel my moustache area is literally burning even when I'm shaving WTG. Is this situation happening because of too much irritation and shaving that sensitive area ATG all the time? Would it be fine if I don't shave for some time and then never shave ATG again? I really hate this situation. I literally can't shave because that moustache area looks disgusting. I just want to have clean shaves, that's why I've always gone with ATG on the last pass.

I know my technique and angle is fine. My equipment is also fine. (34C and R41 razor, NOM brush, Proraso and Mühle Cream, Silver Blue and Permasharp blades)

Does somebody know if this is because too much irritation? Is there a way to go back and treat this? I literally can't shave with this moustache situation, it is really disgusting. It looks like a teenager boy who just started to grow some hair on his face...

This is extremely helpful, thanks! For me it's the teqnique, not he speed that's important. Due to cancer I've developed a skin condition and started trying to reduce the number of passes from 3 + pick ups to a máximum of 2 + some light tidying up. Together with other videos you have posted - such as "riding the cap" and choosing a more efficient razor ("agressivenes" - don't like that word :-) I've been able to all but eliminate the problems. Today a typical shave for me is employing the Merkur 39c (two passes wtg and atg) + buffing and tidying up with the same razor or a Double Open Comb razor. Sometimes I use the Double Oen Comb for the whole shave, can't resist rotate nor trying new things. Keep up the good work!

I'd never be able to go at that speed, Geo!😆 I'd be shredded!🤔 I've a few sensitive areas and "resistance" areas that give me pause. Also your lather is way thinner than many guys I see on YouTube? Thanks for your years of awesome videos and help Geo! You're a Prince among shavers! Cheers mate.... Kieran in Ohio ☘️✌️

Hey Mr. Fatboy, can you do a Mitchell’s Wool Fat 1893 formula straight razor shave. Been a huge fan and would love to see this shave.

The two-pass shave is a good idea, and I have been doing like that for more than half a year. Less chance for cut. Less chance for irritation. Still good shave with two passes. Maybe just touchup a few spots but not any full third pass.

Like a boss! Great for showing your cartridge razor friends who think DE shaving has to be time consuming

Does it sting when you use the alum block?
I don't have any nicks or cuts after shaving, but it still stings a little bit. The skin also gets very dry so it is important to use some moisture balm after.

Hi from South Africa Geo. Nice one! I liked the "clear the runways" sound effects in the beginning!

Some Barbasol maybe a two pass shave, and I am out the door for work. I have ordered from Your store in 2016 and got a free towel with a shave Nation embroidery on it :)
