In case you do these things, it can help reduce hair fall, like it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by cleansing it often. Use a gentle shampoo. Make sure to get adequate sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times per week with liitllextra coconiion shampoo. Apply some oil to your hair 2-3 times each week. After cleansing your hair, lightly pat it dry with a soft towel.
