Married for 20 years, recently separated (4mos) one kid (17) lives with her. I want as little contact with her (wife) as possible unless it has something to do with bills/our daughter, stuff like that. Had a mutual friend send me screenshots of her Facebook (I have never had a social media account other than this for YouTube). Holy hell, is she going nuts about us not talking, she's taking digs at me (indirectly) just trying her damnest to obtain that victim status, so many in society seek as a badge of honor. All she's doing is showing me why ignoring her at all costs is the smart decision.

Yep we had an agreement as we had brought a house together we still need to engage but I never intiate any contact unless it’s really necessary

When he does want to meet up it’s on my terms as I don’t move my schedule for him at all.

I went no contact after my guy said he thought we should both move on. A week or so later he came back strong but he’s an avoidant and hasn’t wanted to talk about what changed. Brother my ex was met with other guys one week after I break up with her! I was break up woth her because I was have that feeling she is not care about me anymore! Not compliments, no good vibes, no sex, and no thanks when i was helping her! My heart is broken brother 3 months! I was with her 3 years! She was destroy my life but I was still love her!
