I met your friend Shannon (not exactly sure on spelling) tonight in a Houston hotel gym. Her dad and my brother in law are in the same hospital. She told me about this program that she was doing. I'm excited to give it a try.

Hi there! I’m from Houston and want to start your workouts. It’s been a long time since I’ve done any workouts like these, would you say starting out with the express 10 day is a good option since those are shorter? Also, is there any equipment needed or will our bodies be enough for these workouts?
