Modular design scenarios include architecture, roads, walls, and storefronts, all of which can be assembled according to specific needs. Currently, I have created over a dozen blueprints, allowing
users to generate even more architectural styles based on their requirements.
The materials feature a color-changing function, enhancing the diversity of buildings and props.
A second-layer dirty mask has been added to the materials, making tiled walls appear more natural in variation.
The texture detail is concentrated on buildings and props near the roadway, with a texel density of approximately 512 pixels/m, while rooftop components have a density of roughly 256.
Seven indoor cubemaps have been created, using a parallax shader to give indoors a sense of space.
The accompanying FBX file package includes both the original FBX and TGA files, enabling users to make further adjustments.
