Long COVID can include hair loss, but there are solutions

A few things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it causes tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

I have long beautiful hair. Always have. Out of the blue it’s been falling out in clumps & im starting to bald now. I eat right & take a Whole Foods vitamin. I’m 39 & can’t figure out what’s going on I don’t do or take anything to cause hair loss I’m not sick, don’t have any diseases. I’ve had covid twice. Never had any severe symptoms it was just like an annoying cold but i think there is a relationship between covid & hair loss bc there’s no other explanation for why I’m going bald. I’m not vaccinated. I just don’t want the vaccine but I do believe there’s something to this. It’s easy to dismiss these things until u go thru it yourself.

I experienced the same thing it broke my heart!! It was so bad my doc was like COVID didn't cause this!
Finally my Derm said yes. My hair did come back but I still have sensitive scalp and my hair is not the same😢

I had covid in August. Never vaxxed. I was sick for 4 weeks. In Sept I started loosing clumps of hair. I'm still loosing hair but it's growing back in. They say it can take 9 months to be normal again. Now all I do is look for ways to hide the mess

I had bad covid about 4 months ago, in the last month i've noticed more and more hair coming out, really receding on the front never seen it so bad! just hair though rather that than be sick, it's my only symptom now... or could have nothing to do with covid? im 26 male..

After suffering hair loss due post covid my problem is not falling as much now as before but how my hair texture’s changed l am so worried that it will never be what it was (I.e long and thick) any research on that?

I lost my hair 2 years ago after I caught COVID, it never actually grew back i started taking finasteride is totally ineffective. I thought maybe it was a coincidence maybe it's just mpb

Hair loss has been around since before COVID, stress, genetics, lack of vitamins! Chemical treatments, bad hair products not made for your hair !

Enough with covid stuffs. I had a hair loss due of low zinc. I grow it back by taking zinc pills.
