This is a great alternative when you don't have access to commercial products or you want to keep control of your ingredients. That turned out fantastic, Hoon! My husband gets the Torani or DaVinci syrups for around $3.50 a bottle at Cash n Carry (also called Smart & Final). We buy the sugar free because we eat keto, but they also have regular and naturals. Most often though we use the Better Stevia Glycerite in whatever flavor we want, though instead of syrups these days (English Toffee is really nice).

Didn't catch the live show my wife and I had play date with our 3 month old granddaughter. She has grown so much in just 3 months. Prior to her it's been 9 years since we had a baby in our home.

Surely sugar water has an unlimited shelflife? The sugar is a preservative :)

Heyo Hoon, I have been making some espresso on the breville and every espresso I make at my house is extremely bitter, sour, and acidic. I don't know what I am doing wrong but it is so sour that I gag when I drink it, any ideas what it could be or how I can make better espresso?

I poured hot water into a sugar mixture before and it wasn't good. Way more reactive than yours.
