No way I'm installing a Fisher-Price deck.

Yeah it's neat how it's moving up and down when he's walking on it

I think this is geared towards concrete balconies as a alternate covering.

Not sure about this. EVen with compacting soil, I can see saging or ice heave issues over time.

Does not appear sturdy enough for long term use

After a few years, that thing will dry rot and those clips will break off 😂

If you ever seen what weather does to plastic !! Make it brittle and plastic falls apart. So I'd like to see the 2nd year of this system

Should do a gravel base before grate system

I think more ground prep would help but it’s not bad. It’s a floating deck from what I can see.

To have better support, probably needed to have a base layer like in pavers. Then it would be sturdy to last a good number of years.

Technology is great especially when it helps to evolve building materials I think we can all agree. Wood and metal will always be superior until it can be replaced completely.

I could see it having some legit uses. Like if you're renting and want something cheap and removable.

It’s a good idea for an affordable quick ground level floating deck

It's hard to visualize this on anything other than concrete. Also another poster suggested it would be Geared for concrete balconies and at $16 a square foot it is pricing

That system is going to replace a lot of block. That's kind of a neat little deck you got going there

I just started working IT for barrette. Funny how I'm starting to see more and more videos about them now.

It all depends on the quality of that black plastic.

Honestly brotha I woulda put it in something, like pavers, or concrete.
I wouldn't have let that decking sit so low in the ground compared to the surrounding grass level. Also, I would've used borders as well. I'm not an expert, or a pro (technically I am but I've been out the game awhile)
but I've done some really good work over the last 30 years.
