I hate this mounting kit. I have a Galaxy Note 4 housed in an Otter Box case, which might just be one of the heaviest combos out there. While the Steelie Nite Ize (which is actually pronounced Nite Eyes) did hold my phone, it did not fully support it. After hitting a few bumps on the road, the phone shifts down making the screen on my phone unable to be seen, which really sucks when using it as a GPS. Time to look for a stronger mount and spend more money.

Leaves marks on your car/dash with glue. I have a luxury car and it also broke my iphone back glass

Do this review in a car... Some phones are heavier on one side than the other which would cause the phone to shift to one side and I hear the steel makes the GPS signal jump around.
