Can I get into ketosis without fasting and only doing workout and reducing carbs?

I just tested this morning empty stomach and blood sugar was 80-84 (less if fasting) which is normal for ketosis but ketone was 7.2 is that a good thing, or too high? Ive been on keto (no cheating, so almost full ketosis) for 4 months now..

Ps i also been doing 50 pushups few times this week.. not sure if it affects the ketone.

What about someone who was once anorexic??? Like the fasting part I've heard about. I'm scared it could slip me back into my eating disorder. What about a diabetic and fasting???

Do you need MORE fats at the start to get Into ketosis than you would when you're fat adapted? And less protein at the start
