I hope the big crowds such as the amount of people in the beach, sideshows, and the bikers are actually a normal thing in the game and not just for the trailer because that makes it way more interesting and immersive

If you watch the trailers scenes backwards it chronologically makes more sense, which probably means this will be the starting sequence of the game (like we had in GTAV and RDR2):
-Lucia and his man have the "trust scene" in bed and then break into a store
-They walk with their hoods on in the store they broke into
-They getaway together in a getaway vehicle and are confronted by cops, Lucia looks back at the cops
-The police cam footage could be from the cops busting them?
-Lucia ends up in jail
-Lucia ends up with an ankle collar (cover art) that restricts the game map for us and starts the game

The scene where Lucia is asked "Do you know why you're here?" Is definitely a slight callback to the first GTA5 trailer where Michael says "Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather".

The game looks more detailed overall, not just graphically. I noticed the differences in body types, the improvement in the crowds which makes it more immersive. The game looks more lively. I hope the game can live up to the hype. I have never seen a more anticipated game.

I really hope you can go up to people and talk to them like in RDR2. When I first played Red Dead, I liked just going around talking to people. Seeing that in GTA VI would be cool

While I doubt it, I think it would be cool and provide a lot more life to the game if you could randomly come across police raids or takeovers or ect while cruising around in the game. Makes the world feel a lot more lived in and lively.

At 0:40 there is talk online that the skyline we are seeing is not actually vice city, it is actually their rendition of Tampa, FL. The location of the prison and other landmarks such as the arched bridge and TV tower are found in Tampa, not Miami. This would line up with other leaks and rumors about VI having multiple cities/towns. Also, in the official artwork posted Lucia has an ankle monitor, so your prediction about a prison break is likely inaccurate, especially as the next scene shows Lucia talking to what appears to be a person from the Parole board.

Lucia's "Bad luck I guess" quote in response to Stephanie's "do you know why you're here" question reminds me a lot of Michael's "Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather." quote from the gta 5 trailer

Having just moved to Miami this trailer is spot on Miami I can’t believe how detailed parts are, the snapshot at 6:00 is coming over the bridge on the A1a headed towards bayside marketplace it looks identical

Just a thought. The police raid scene is meant to be bodycam footage. It's probably just part of a mission cutscene, but it would be pretty cool if that were an actual usable feature. The datestamp on the bodycam is 08-04 which might suggest the game is set in early August. Or maybe it's meant to help explain how Lucia wound up in prison to begin with and Aug. 4th was the date she was arrested.

I don’t believe the prologue will be Lucia breaking out of prison. My guess is Lucia will get released from prison but she’s out on house arrest, at least for a brief period. If you look at the official artwork of her and Jason, there’s an ankle monitor on her leg. I feel like this is how they’re gonna restrict the map at the beginning of the story, like if you go too far from a certain area until you complete the prologue or whatever the cops will come after you. But once you finish the prologue the ankle monitor will be taken off or she finds a way to remove/disable it and the map opens up, allowing you to go wild. Red Dead 2 did something similar where if you try to leave the mountains during Chapter 1, Arthur will slowly freeze to death in the blizzard, but once Chapter 2 starts you can freely explore the entire map, except for the southern part of West Elizabeth and New Austin. I could be completely wrong on this but I just wanted to share my thoughts

On a technical level, that shot of Lucia on the balcony had some impressive hair physics going on, and the raytraced reflections on car bodies, mirrors and puddles throughout is fantastic.

I don't think the prologue of the game is breaking out of prison. If you see the official artwork, Lucia is wearing an ankle monitor which means she's under parole or something like that. I think that might be used (from a gameplay perspective) to lock off certain parts of the map.

The funniest part of this entire trailer is a detail everyone keeps missing, which is the iguana perched on the homeless guy’s shoulder. If you’ve been to Miami, and especially down to the keys you know these guys are so invasive they actually hire people to exterminate them (the iguanas, not the homeless). I imagine our resident homeless gentleman is protecting his friend from an early termination.

If you’ve ever been a fan of iguanas and wanted one as a pet, take a trip to the keys once and that’ll change your mind, real quick.
