Did you notice whose name was on the moving truck in The Conjuring 3? Watch for all 51 Things You Missed!

THE DEMONIC CASE THAT SHOCKED AMERICA. The Conjuring: The DEVIL Made Me Do It follows the "allegedly" true story of Arne Johnson, who went on trial with the assertion that he was under possession of the devil when he committed his crime. The movie once again features Ed and Lorraine Warren, trying to solve this demonic case before things get much, much worse.

In this video I'll be breaking down ALL of the movie's secrets, from the references to the "real" life story, to connections and long awaited answers about other movies in the Conjurverse (such as Annabelle and The Curse of La Llorona) to inspirations pulled from the mac daddy of exorcism films (The Exorcist). I'll also discuss the mysteries of Warrens' home, symbolic camerawork, crew reference easter eggs and much more!

About The Conjuring 3
“The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” reveals a chilling story of terror, murder and unknown evil that shocked even experienced real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. One of the most sensational cases from their files, it starts with a fight for the soul of a young boy, then takes them beyond anything they’d ever seen before, to mark the first time in U.S. history that a murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defense.

Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson return to star as Lorraine and Ed Warren, under the direction of Michael Chaves (“The Curse of La Llorona”). The film also stars Ruairi O’Connor (Starz’ “The Spanish Princess”), Sarah Catherine Hook (Hulu’s “Monsterland”) and Julian Hilliard (the series “Penny Dreadful: city of Angels” and “The Haunting of Hill House”).

The most badass line of the movie that gave me chills was when Ed said, "The court accepts the existence of god when someone swears to tell the truth... I think its about time they accept the existence of the devil."

For the scene involving the reference to Elvis, I always thought the reason Ed and Loraine smirked at one another was--where she tells the driver that she met Elvis in life and after--because she had seen Elvis in the afterlife sense (e.g. ghost, spirit, whatever you wanna call it). The explanation given in this video works fine too (Ed playing the guitar for the kids and Lorraine), I had just always thought that Lorraine seeing Elvis' ghost was why Ed and Lorraine were smirking with one another.

I still can’t wait for the horror history on Bathsheba, she’s still underrated as a Conjuring villainess. 🖤

You have a really good eye for noticing the poster for "mack the knife", that was clever foreshadowing on their part

In the scene where Lorraine is crawling under the house, she gives her purse to Ed to hold, but then as she is under the house, she has her purse and takes the camera out....is it just me, or did anyone else see that ?

something my friend noticed is that the Witch lady cracked an egg open while she was doing one of her curses and the first time we see that priest, her dad, he was holding a basket of eggs ^^ a neat connection!

I wonder why James Wan didn't direct Conjuring 3 tho, but then I remembered that he also eventually stopped directing SAW and INSIDIOUS from the 2nd movie installment

My favorite scene from the movie is when Lorraine interrupts the ritual saying, “End this Black Sabbath, by the blood of Calvary I command it!” It was BAD 👏🏼 ASS 👏🏼

8:16 I think the reason why they were out of sorts is because of what happened with Ed; heart attacks can cause you to be a bit forgetful afterwards, and can commonly result in cognitive issues. For Lorraine, it’s just her being skeeved out cause of all the dark artifacts; for Ed, it’s just cause he’s still reeling from after his heart issue.

The movie wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, but still a good one.

I heard a story about someone who's boss read the book of 'The Exorcist'. He was reading it at work, but one day the book was missing and she asked what had happened to it. He told her that he'd finished reading it and it had freaked him out so badly he'd thrown it in the river because he never wanted it near him again. When he was out one day she went out, bought a new copy of the book, ran it under the tap until it was drenched and then she put it in his desk drawer. When he came back and found

Well, needless to say she wasn't working there for long....

The Conjuring 3 was so heavily fictionalized that going forward with a fourth movie they need to stop using “Based on a True Story”
