I've sort of done this method in the past but with a little "cheat". I've used a small zig-zag to join to the front with heat sensitive thread in the bobbin. I bring it around to the back, press in place then stitch. This worked pretty good. I've got the 71 foot for my B790 to try my next binding. Think I'll get the quilt for my grand nephew done before he turns 1? I haven't started yet. I have until October. LOL!
