A simple tutorial that teaches you how to build a mob XP farm in Minecraft which will produce tons of XP for you along with the usual mob loot. This XP farm works without any mob spawner and can be easily built in survival Minecraft 1.19 and below. This is a spider, skeleton, creeper, and zombie XP farm.

You can also use bottom half slabs to prevent mob spawns if you don’t want a mess of torches everywhere.

Just made this simple farm, and though it is on the lower end of mob production in terms of numbers, it works well enough for something simple in the beginning. Only real problem I have with the farm is several of the mobs are dying on the way down, which makes me think the shaft is a tad too long. But it works as designed. Thank you.

For anyone who was wondering u don't have to use cobblestone u can just use any solid block lioe dirt or smth

In case any other bedrock players are struggling, the farm work great you just needed to build it on a 120-block tall platform and set the afk platform level with the collection area, but about 15 blocks away to activate bedrock's spawning mechanics.
