Consistency, discipline, preparation is what makes all this work. I prep my food a day before and in the gym 5 days a week at 0400.. Currently 12wks in 💪

Hey what do you think about ideal body measurements from John McCallum’s formula ? Does it really tells you how much you can grow as a natural body builder ? Or you can go beyond those measurements?

Or build your gym at home, like I did. I don't have to go anywhere to get a workout. I got everything within reach: the weights, the machines, the fridge with cold drinks and the right food, a shower to take cold showers whenever I need them, A sound system with my own music on, ventilators & airco. Everything. And I can sit here naked if I want to, make as much noise as I want to, sing along... whatever I like and there's no one who's offended and there's no one I have to wait for and there's no stinky sweaty seats from people who don't clean up etc etc etc.

100% top results in the most comfortable and motivating environment.

JUST DO IT.

Follow his advise if you’re aiming to compete on stage or be a full time bodybuilder. You’re sure to make fast and solid gains within a few months. But if you have a busy job, social life and kids, this is NOT a sustainable lifestyle. Anyone can tell you to workout 5 days a week, eat freshly cooked foods and sleep early, but is it sustainable for years to come ?
