The split button - 4:23 is very useful, i am using ctrl+T to create cards as well. These things, and more others, are making work on pc much faster and comfortable :-))

@Ind305: the grey around the tooltips is a bug, fixed in 12.3 final. We had to make this video with RC2 so a few small mistakes are visible...

Yes Voronoit, the Geecko was quite a large lizard and a cranky one to Boot.

Did you try dd tool? I couldn't make a LinuxMint DE bootable USB also with unetbootin. Bu with dd it worked like charm.

KDE plasma DE has always had that feeling of Windows, since you get similar panel to windows 7, similar start menu - less attractive desktop as you cannot get widgets and file icons on same desktop (I don't like file folder widget implementation). Maybe it's a good thing for new users, switching, but Nautilus from gnome, has always been my favourite for managing desktop icons. Unity also is better than plain gnome 3.6 in 12.04 - Ubuntu distro which I switched to, and haven’t switched away still.

openSUSE seems like a nice distro. I may try it. Not that this has anything to do with the distro but I would like however that there is some DE between the style (and functionality) of Gnome2.x and KDE. KDE has many options but I can't but think of it as bloated.

I don't understand why opensuse detects my network interface when running the live CD but fails to after installation. And why booting from USB doesn't work when using unetbootin.
