Basic video editing: 16 GB minimum, 32Gb ideal.
Good video editing: 32 GB
Professional Video editing: 64Gb, at least 2TB of ssd storage.

I built my first PC during lockdown, and I learnt lesson 3 the hard way, cause at the time Intel was impossible to buy in thee UK, but AMD was massively cheaper and seemed like a good option for the price. My intel laptop behaves significantly differently. RAM and SSD space also significant. 4th tip: get an external USB 3.2 SSD for transferring between PCs if you have a laptop, some cameras can record to it too.

For editing and productivity you want at least 8 cores.

pretty sure the arc gpus support quick sync so no need for a non F cpu. the a770 is a good choice
