Compared to some of the other challenges that doesnt seem difficult. 3 pounds just under 1.4 kilos so with 10 minutes you'd only need to eat about 140 grams/ minute which is 4 bites of 35 grams. taking one bite every 15 seconds wouldn't be difficult with something moist like cake and the overall quantity isn't very high for an eating challenge at all.
