Bought into Riocan - $15 / unit - at a NAV - $15 - I generate all my expenses for my condo - including property taxes /

Riocan is awesome. I put MPW on my watch list. I have my US stocks in the RRSP and I will most likely not touch it until next year when I reinvest my tax return into the RRSP, MPW will be a candidate on where to put my money or maybe I will decide to put it in my current US stocks and Etf. But for now, it will be in my watch list.
