😂 The girl modelling in front of the train was hilarious! There are permits one can apply to and buy, to allow you to quarantine off a portion of the platform for photo shoots and filming purposes. With such legal documentation, you then have the right to cordon off a significant portion for your artist endeavours, and restrict the flow of foot traffic for a set time frame.

Many agencies are open to such requests and will even offer security detail to enforce your rights. All of this requires effort, money and months of planning ahead of time, however. Thus people are attracted to the quick and cheap options which result in moments like this.

Also, a long pose with a steady camera set to a long exposure time would look really cool with faceless streaks of people whizzing by you looking like a beautiful flower. As long as you have a camera with a long exposure feature and the time, it's a cheap alternative to the bureaucratic red tape. It's why so many music videos from the 90s had adopted that technique
