If the anterior deltoid flexes and adducts the arm, then the stretch should be extension and abduction. The video shows the arm in external rotation, which moves the anterior delt out of the way and sets up the pectoralis for the stretch.

Fantastic. I have had a sharp pain here for years that would come and go . I am going do this stretch for sure.
I did and it worked. Before when doing a pushup or bench press even 80 lbs there was a sharp pain but now it is gone. I will need to keep the load a little lighter and stretch before work out.

Thanks for posting this stretch! I had to look up what the name of this muscle wax after feeling pain there after a couple of weeks of using an eliptical and I definitely felt the stretch in that muscle.

I also learned that I just need to experiment with my leg positioning if I ever feel the stretch in my bicep
