or you just get a circle cutting jig and a straight bit and you can cut any diameter at any depth (for a flush mount) without the need of using a jigsaw first and without the need of having a template.

I don't have a circle template, but I do have a circle jig.

I got away with my very first try just using a drill to make a starter hole and jigsaw marking around the subwoofer and marking the further inward positions of the screw holes. leaving a small buffer. and filling smooth with a wood file and sandpaper to fine tune it.
Came out perfect fit. No air leaks. Not the most perfect circle but totally functional and works! Even for a first attempt using a jigsaw it wasn't too bad.

I would like to see a video on door pods that have speakers in separate chambers. I am currently doing this myself to house a dedicated woofer as well as mids and tweeters. They're currently is no videos on this, I am having to work for my own design.

I have a 2009 Subaru legacy GT the stock subwoofer in the rear deck is blown. I want to put an aftermarket one in there. What is the best way to figure out what will fit

Have you ever used solid walnut wood for a box ? I’m considering building one and I was just wondering if you have any advice for the project. I’m aware that walnut is very expensive but you only live once and I would hate to think at the end of the road I would look back at my life and think “ you know what I really regret ? I regret that time I was thinking about building the coolest subwoofer enclosure ever and then didn’t build it “ . Now that’s out of the way. I just take it to work and use the big laser to cut templates... or just cut the subwoofer hole to the exact size in one pass.

I have no fancy tools. I usually draw the circle and use a 1/4 drill bit to drill a ton of holes around the hole I draw and then punch it out

Of course as always the main information is withheld because if you are very educated upon this area of subject matter then you remember ohms law and building to the speakers exact specification to install within a enclosure which allows it to harmoniously resonate to its specs to get the high quality and pure sound of audio that it's designed to output. As I am an Audiophile aka "sound snob" myself and absolutely love the way harmonics and its resonating properties that moves us and unites us all "Harmoniously" and how if you fully understand the property of sound you can and shall use it as a tool to make your life easier and better for sound has been proven to not only move and "levitate" massive and heavy objects to seem as like it's light as a feather and also has been proven at certain levels of frequency it heals the human mind and body. To come back out of the rabbit hole 😆 just remember to do what you love and keep the music alive as it has died with the times and is at a low frequency output which actually harms and hampers us all as the "love" of music and the properties of it as a healing frequency has been lost through the sands of time
