Cops are allowed to be scared of anything but it is unreasonable for civilians to be scared of armed cops making threats against their physical safety.

"you're held to a higher standard" and "im out here protecting the citizens of San Antonio" the cop says after threatening, intimidating, attempting to illegally arrest, using excessive force, pointing guns at an unarmed innocent man, belittling, humiliating, and lying to a CITIZEN of San Antonio... absolutely moronic. How these bullies are even able to be cops is insane to me.

Guy does nothing wrong, cops show up and act violent, threatening, escalating and simply out of control. Its disturbing how these cops "try and talk" to this guy, or any person. Going to send a dog to bite him, guns pointed at him, assault then arrest the guy.
