Clearly, the Power Wagon wasn't at full power because Nathan forgot to flip out the tow mirrors. Those apparently add 100 hp and make you more virile.

What gears did the Ram 1500 have in it? 3.21 or 3.92? It would be interesting to see a drag race between between two identical half-tons equipped with 3.21 and 3.92 gears.

When I test drove a handful of trucks. I drove a 5.7L Hemi, a 6.2L Ford, and a Chevy 5.3. 5.7L took the cake on speed and low-end!

Regardless of the 1/2 ton being quicker than the 3/4 ton, both these pickup trucks are rather quick vehicles considering they weigh well over 4500 lbs each.

I own the Rebel but love the Power wagon too. 1500 and 2500 both great trucks for their intended use!

I like the Power Wagon - only gripe is that they do not offer bucket seats - only bench, even the leather option is bench.

Right now you can get a fully loaded 2017 Ram Sport for $15-20K off MSRP, depending on your dealer. I almost bought one last weekend for $34K.

Beyond the obvious weight difference which would be cool to tell how much exactly they are apart. The transmissions are making a big difference as well. The 3/4 gets terrible gearing.
