Thank you for the video dude. I subbed. You made a really professional video, I think it sucks that your channel only has 39 subs. You deserve way more.

Glad to have found this vid of yours! I just bought a 3600mhz edition of RAM today since the 3000mhz variant of it is no longer available.

This is exactly the issue I was curious about. I have 16 GB of 3000 MHz and want to add another 16 of 3600 MHz. Thanks!

You're a lifesaver. I've been considering doing this exact thing and wondering what the result would be. Yours is the only video I've been able to find of someone testing this specifically. I have slower RAM in my build and want to get a faster kit. I just couldn't figure out if it would be in my best interest to leave the RAM I have in, or if it would hamper the performance of the new RAM for my specific use case. Now I know. You rock.

Great video. It answered my question well. Just a suggestion, script the video or write down points so that you don't pause every few seconds thinking what to say.

Thanks! I have G.Skill 3000MHz (without XMP profile enabled, so they work @ 2666MHz because of Bluetooth issues after sleep in Hackintosh) and I'm about to buy G.Skill 3600MHz now that I saw you video :D

I've just been finishing off from the ground up "new" PC build and acidently got 2x 16GB 3600mhz Corsair Vengeance and 2x 16gb 3400mhz Corsair Vengance.

When I was trying to install Windows, it was failing so much and took me hours longer just to get into Windows. Eventually I realised the RAM was upsetting the system and removed the two 3400mhz sticks. Today, just over 11 days later, I decided to put the RAM back in and see if I could get it to not only work, but be stable. Low and behold it's now adjusted all 4 sticks of RAM, so they are running the same and are stable. Also, have 4 RGB sticks of RAM just makes my E-p3n1s go onto Hard mode instantly!

Heck the whole build is just showing my extreme Nerd/Geek DNA, as I've basically done a full Asus ROG build, even going as far as getting the ROG Helious PC case, which cost almost as much as the i9 10900K did!

I've just paid and ordered myself the ROG RTX 3080 OC Strix 10GB GDDR6 card and a pair of the ROG RGB gaming headphones to just go even more down the rabbbithole with this build!

Thank you for the effort of providing us with the main idea of the video.

But did you get any problems afterwards such as (the blue screen of death) at some point of heavy usage for example ?
