64gb is probably the best for having 2 tabs on google chrome opened

My rule of thumb is always buy as much RAM as you can without raising suspicion from the spouse. :)

There no thing such as so much RAM. There is only a question which is "How much RAM can you buy?".

Perfect video! A lot of people think 5 minutes saved isn't a big deal. Its not, for rendering a 12 minute video that is. Try rendering a 4 hour long 4K video which I do a lot. Thats 240 minutes instead of 12. So 5 minutes saved turns into almost 2 hours saved rendering for me. It's totally worth the extra $150 to go 64gb.

Thanks for making this video. This is exactly what I was looking for in regards to benchmark speeds, not the usually videos I kept finding (comparing FPS in video games). IMHO, buying 128GB of ram is a more worthwhile upgrade than paying the overblown price for a new GPU. It's almost ironic how the price of RAM and the price of video cards flip flopped. Video cards _used_ to be affordable.

I haven't had any issues with Ram in Premiere Pro when using 32gb of RAM, but I see 100% usage in After Effects, so I may be upgrading to 64gb of RAM. My advice at this time, would be to upgrade to at least 64gb of RAM for 4K, to anyone building an editing PC at this time if they plan on using Adobe After Effects....

Very interesting, thanks for the review. I have 64GB on my system but premiere pro ends up using about 50GB. That usually happens when I'm using warp stabilizer on my 4k videos.
