Today I have a secret to share!

Enlightened ice cream has asked me to taste test there newest line of ice cream. Not just any ice cream but Keto ice cream!!!

Have to say Im a huge fan of Enlightened ice cream. Enlightened ice cream is not sponsoring this video.

This is the lowest carb Keto ice cream on the market. They gave me the coffee flavor to try. Im not a huge fan of coffee flavor anything, but this, this was tasty.
The texture to me is just like real ice cream. The flavor was spot on and so was the texture. It did not have that artificial sweetener after taste. I am not going to feel guilty eating the whole pint in one sitting with such a low carb count because really who can stop and just eat the portion it tells you to on the label? I know I cant.
Im very excited to see what flavor they have in stores for us. I can only imagine how good they are going to be.

You should try Rebel Creamery they are amazing and the carb count on them are for the whole pint and I’ve tried all the ice cream that’s low carb.... enlightened is my second choice I do love them too

Lol 😂 this made me laugh. I actually never tried this brand yet. I didn’t like the low carb ice cream texture but have to try this one to see if it’s any better.
