You are the only one so far in six videos that figured out how to get the right angle for the camera to actually show us that drain hole! Thank-you!!

Thank you for showing an old lady how to do it herself. It's hard to get good help now days. Seriously.

Thank you sir!!
You just saved me $975 plus a $208 diagnostic on something that can be easily fixed for less than $5

I have a 2013 Corolla. Water pooled up on the floor, so I opened my sunroof and poured in a cup of water, which sat stagnant. I poked around the front drain holes with a paperclip, and all the water drained out through the bottom by the front tires. Thanks for the video, it helped me immensely!

Thank you!! i had 2 front clogged, worked fantastic, i put almost 4ft of line down the line. then blew it out, was fast on driver side, but passenger bubbled, so i pushed the weed eater line back down, and put a bit of lysol floor cleaner, idk. but its fast now, and i even took a hose to it. thank you!!

A quick fix if you don’t use your sunroof like me is put a bead of Magic Lube lubricant and sealer around the gasket area at the outside of the roof. We use it for swimming pool business works great. Works in weather temperatures 0-425 degrees

Thanks so much!! Was driving my husbands truck and it started leaking everywhere in the front. I thought the windshield had cracked in a rain storm. He fixed it and three acorns flew out!!

This guy is an angel! I have a 2018 Honda HR-V that started having this problem a few months ago but I hadn't had the time to take it in. I was about to pay whatever to fix it but this video saved the day. Problem now fixed for only the cost of the trimmer line which was $5.47 from Walmart. I also cleaned out the sledge along the sunroof rack and space where the water funnels to the drain. Plus I ran a little vinegar and water to flush the drain. I don't have a problem anymore!

Straight to the point. I used one of the many saved straws in my car and attached it to my air inflator. Worked like a charm.. Now I wait for a heavy rain 🤞🏽 👌🏾

2016 Rav4 sunroof leak due to clogged drain. I tried your method and it worked - THANK YOU! My passenger seat and floor was soaked after we had a huge storm with lots of rain in a few hours. Poured water on the left side and drain was completely clogged. Tried to unclog myself but didn't work. Soaked up the standing water and then used the leaf blower. Worked like a charm! Used blower on the right side too. Now both drain super fast. Thanks so much - you saved me $ and frustration of trying to find someone to do it. Love this DIY!

I just have to say, thank you so much! I was getting a leak on only the driver's side of my sun roof, poured some water in there and sure enough it wasn't draining out at all. So I put my air-compressor up to it just like you said, and it cleared right out. After that the water was draining perfectly.

Great video! 👍 I thought my sunroof seal had failed. But your video helped confirmed it was a clogged drain tube and problem solved. Thank you so much! 😊

Had a problem with water pooling up behind drivers side seat on the floor. Only evidence was a little water near the top of a frame. Found out my sunroof drains both clogged. Thanks for the video friend

Thank you! We used a plastic straw to clear the clogged drain.

I was warned specifically by the dealer NOT to use compressed air - if there's a stiff clog below, the pressure can blow the plastic tube off the metal one in the frame, and then you've got a leak until you completely disassemble the door frame. If it's persistent, better to find the exit in the wheel well and blow air up that from below. I used a piece of tubing over the exit and blew through it by mouth, and got a big plug of black glop to fly out. Good luck.

Thank you for this! Dealing with a sunroof leak now, and couldn't seem to find the drain tubes. Gonna give it shot now!

Years ago (1964-1965) I owned a 1963 Austin Healey 3000 Mk II - this was the first year with a "pull up" convertible top. My parking place was on a slight downgrade, and when it rained my passenger side floorboard would fill up with water, sometimes 2-3 inches deep. It ruined the carpets. I looked and looked for the problem, and one day I noticed a small rubber drain tube, about 4" long, above the right rear tire. It was connected to a small trough that collected the rain runoff from the convertible top. Inside the tube was a small rock, undoubtedly kicked up by the tire. I worked the rock out, and it solved the problem.

Thanks for sharing, I just learned that my truck may have clogged drain tubes or a leak in the rear cab brake light. I only recently discovered that my floorboard behind the driver's seat is damp: I thought I either left my door ajar or the seals in the door frame or rear window was leaking. I was conversing with the guys at O'Reilly's and one guy inquired if I had a sunroof - yeah I do have a sunroof! It is making sense to me because I started having a sagging headliner 2 to 3 years ago. I thought it was Florida humidity, but Geez Louise, I pray that the inside of my cab roof isn't rusting. Last night I checked my sunroof and I noticed the plastic parts are cracked - I hope I can fix my water leak problem.
