Sunroof drains advice

Although it is great that you mention these drains ought to be cleared, it would be most helpful if you could show where to clear a clog, for example, when the drain goes into the fender cavity, how best to clear that? Thanks!

Just bought a Corolla S 2014 with a sunroof. I have a question regarding the seal. Today I did a test with a bottle of water when my sunroof was closed. Just put a small amount of water on top of my car and water was dripping into the gutter. Is it normal? I would understand in a carwash with a lot of water pressure, but it was water manually drop out of a bottle...

I have a 2020 Honda Pilot EX-L. when it get wet either by a rain or after doing a car wash, when I close the door, it automatically lowers all 4 shutters and open the sunroof by itself. Its a horrible nightmare experience if I park this car after driving in a a rain..! Other thing is, it constantly trying to unlock all the doors while driving, making a constant door lock clicking noise. this drama goes until it gets totally dry. Honda maintenance couldn't figure out it and they replaced my drivers side lock drum for 800k, but the problem still not resolved. Any brains here..!!?

My Toyota Avalon has had a series of moonroof drain tube leaks. A nightmare. I wish I could buy my next vehicle without the damn moonroof, but it seems that most cars have them now. Who the hell uses those things anyway? I hate them.

Not every dealer clens the sunroof drain

Crappy design, the drains should have a filter at the top to prevent hose clogs. The 08-13 Highlands has several videos describing this DEFECT. The end of the drain hose cannot be accessed, its' enclosed and impossible to clean.
