I'm using Ipad about 10 days now.
I had the same experience you had. Yeah, I agree with you is very frustrating!
But now I think they already have a big list of feedback to solve those problems.
Another can't change the elements of your drums!

I agree about editing, was hoping to use it for editing podcasts but I can’t seem to find a ripple delete option, and selecting the section of filler words is hard

Interesting, thanks. If you'd used the Drummer, you could have used its Humanize function, but I understand why you wanted total manual control over the percussion.

I started making music on the iPad and was fully used to the mouse life. A touch screen seemed soooo foreign for a while.

Once I had been using the iPad for a few months daily and got used to it I find hard to go back to the mouse sometimes 😂😂

I think it’s a lot to do with muscle memory
