How do you track macros from a salad bar? A couple of broccoli, cucumbers, bell peppers, eggs, lettuce etc?

This so awesome. I really appreciate the time you put into your videos. Are all nonfat Greek yogurt have the same nutritional value? I have to make my own because I am lactose intolerant. So, I am wondering, how I might calculate that. Thanks,

Does the app you use track things like magnesium, b12, vit. d. The apps I have found only seem to track these basics like calcium, iron, potassium. I'm looking for more detailed tracking!
