So true! There has to be a final authority. Discussion, debate, study and reflection, bringing it all to prayer and the Holy Spirit, is all well and good, but in the end there has to be an ultimate authority to settle serious issues once and for all. Keep up the great work, Sara and Anna!

This channel is a great concept. I'm a Catholic who lives in the rural South - nearest Catholic church is around half an hour by car, and I'm talking on state highways, so around 35 miles. Naturally, most of the people I know are Southern Baptists. I think Catholicism and Evangelical Protestants are the main two forces in America right now that actually care about Got and truth and righteousness and all that stuff (seems to me like most mainline denominations have grown very lukewarm, but there are obviously exceptions), which is funny because it's almost impossible for any two groups to be more different theologically speaking short of leaving what could be called orthodox Christianity.

That's the problem I've been having for years too. Pastors disagreeing on scriptures and claiming to be guided by the holy Spirit. It seems that the "Holy Confused Spirit" is guiding them instead.

Not every point of debate within Christianity is an issue of salvation. There is room for genuine disagreement within the bounds of historical orthodoxy on issues where Scripture is legitimately ambiguous -- ie: the nature of the Eucharist. Part of interpreting God's revelation of Himself involves trusting that the parts He left ambiguous were ambiguous for a reason and not to make a point of dividing the Body of Christ over them.

I've watched many different preachers and priests online for the past 4 years and the big difference between them is the Protestant evangelicals are all about personal salvation whereas Catholics are concerned with everyone as a whole. Protestants are all about the preaching and getting us excited for Jesus but the Catholics are about the actual teaching. We must remember Jesus came to save sinners but the existing righteous Godly people were left alone. But He also said I come to sow division and not peace.

Every church outside the The Church has its own pope. They say they don’t. But they do. But each one has their own personal Holy Spirit. Who’s HS is right? That’s the question?

Yes, find a Hermeneutics authority. Most of this is already online. Follow NO ISM. Calvinism, Catholicism, ect.

This is when you need a person whit Hermeneutics and Drash understanding. There are many false doctrines out there. Over 100 in the Catholic Church alone. The worst to me is the Calvinism. Five huge false doctrines that lead to hell. Once Saved Always Saved. NO. Stay in the light. People have different gifts for a reason.

The only authority is Christ. It certainly isn't a man in robes in Rome who blasphemes God and despises Christ by refusing the simple teachings if Christ to his apostles on leadership. The Roman catholic religious hierarchy is corrupt and the leader rules by force, not by example. He is a religious tyrant who oppresses nuns and priests in direct opposition to Christ's teaching

All of it is myth written by many authors over a long period of time. There is no truth to be found, just opinions of old authoritarian men. This woman is bright, she will leave the superstition for sure. That is what's called salvation!
