I love the REFY browse setting gel. It’s one of my favorites.
Rare beauty is my favorite one 👏👏👏👏 only because REFY gets clumpy and gooey and if you use too much, you will see the white now crusty gel in your brow.
However, once you figure that out those baby brow hairs are not going anywhere 👏👏👏👏 perfect for a laminated look.
