All Hogwarts Legacy Easter Eggs

Hogwarts Legacy is full to bursting with tiny details, secrets and Easter Eggs! Today we take a shot at discovering them all!

I've spent the last 2 weeks exploring the world of Hogwarts Legacy. This is the game any Harry Potter fan would dream of! The gameplay is fantastic, he combat is deep and fun and the world they have built is second to none. That's my review over, now let's take a look at hopefully all of the Easter Eggs and Secrets in the game!

Some other easter eggs you missed:

- In Richard Jackdaw’s quest you come across the lake where Harry saves himself & Sirius from the Dementors in Prisoner of Azkaban. When you’re there, your character will mention all the stags that are around the lake, a reference to the form that Harry’s Patronus takes: a stag.

- In the Haunted Hogsmeade side quest (exclusive to PlayStation), you will enter a room styled after a Wizard’s Chess chessboard, & Fastidio (the poltergeist you have to deal with in it) will say “Knight to H3”. This is a reference to Sorceror’s/Philosopher’s Stone as this is the same move Ron makes where he sacrifices his knight to allow Harry & Hermione to continue onward.

- Right next to the groundskeeper’s hut you’ll find a grave with a hippogriff engraved on it. This grave is seen as a tribute to Robbie Coltrane (the actor who played Hagrid) who died last year.

- Right above Professor Ronen’s classroom in the Charms classroom, you’ll find an empty cell. This cell is the same cell Sirius was held in after his recapture in Prisoner of Azkaban.

- Occasionally you’ll see two red-haired kids that look like twins standing in front of a window in Zonko’s. These twins are an easter egg to Fred & George Weasley.

- If you head down to the location of the Hufflepuff common room & are not in Hufflepuff, your character will be doused in vinegar if you approach the entrance similar to how it’s described in the books.

- In the Transfiguration classroom you’ll also find in a glass a hairy cup with a tail. This is a reference to Ron’s failed transfiguration attempt in Chamber of Secrets & is also the symbol of the Transfiguration spell in game.

- When you learn Avada Kedavra, the pattern you have to follow is in the shape of a lightning bolt, the exact same shape as Harry’s scar.

- At the bottom of the staircase that leads to the Gryffindor common room heading for the clock tower is the map of Argyllshire, which is where the Fat Lady hides from Sirius Black in the Prisoner of Azkaban book. In the secret room behind it you’ll also find a painting of a grassy plain with hippos, which is where she hides from him in the film.

- When you find all 3 Hogwarts secrets, you will unlock a pair of dress robes. These dress robes are the same ones Ron wears for the Yule Ball in Goblet of Fire.

There is a cave on the map with 2 easter eggs in it! When you enter there are two wolf bosses one named the white wolf (tribute to Geralt from the Witcher) and the grim! (Tribute to Sirius)!

There’s also a Easter egg in reference to the film The Pianist. You can interact to make a piano play for you and it plays the song from the film

I think the character of Professor Garlick is a nod to the Discworld Character "Magrat Garlick" - Like the professor, Magrat is a witch who deals mainly with herbology. They both dress in green and have a similar personality.

Some of these 'Easter Eggs' are along the lines of "This takes place in Hogwarts, an Easter Egg to the fact that Harry Potter also takes place in Hogwarts."

There’s an Elden Ring Easter egg at the graveyard as well, there’s giant graves coming outside the cliff side, which was a part of a zone in Elden Ring

Firstly, great video; secondly, I believe the top hat with rabbit ears could be a reference to Fred and George's joke shop in Diagon Alley, though I'm probably reaching here.

Idk if it's considered an Easter egg, but there's another, smaller quidditch pitch way down the south part of the map.

Theres 2 things i foound out during my 100% gameplay. Top of the grand staircase is one of a kind painting of a woman with red hair. Jk rowling? And top of the owl tower next to hogwarts there is 4 owl statues that move when hit with the spell. Why is that? I havent googlesmd them yet tho.

APPARENTLY u can see the basilisk in I think is one of the dorms? The stares that lead up to where u see it dose turn into a slide when u try to climb them.
