My guess on the tombstone on Hagrid's yard is a tribute to Robbie Coltrane, the actor who portrayed him in the movies. He passed away last year

just the fact nobody has yet to mention that where Harry found his Potronus at a lake saving Black is in the game... and during the day only stags walk around it. made me realize where I was and felt the moment hard again.

This game was made with so much love and care. It is absolutely incredible.

Note about Fineas Nigellus Black, he was also the important character in books because Dumbledore could contact Grimmauld Place 12 really quick by him

In Professor Weasley's classroom you'll find a rat partially transfigured into a teacup it's in reference to when Ron tried to transfigure scabbards into a teacup but was only able to partially do it

Some other easter eggs:

- In the corridor off the Grand Staircase that leads up to the Gryffindor common room there is a statue of a One-Eyed Witch, which has a secret passage to Honeydukes that Harry uses in Prisoner of Azkaban.

- Down a hall past the Slytherin common room you’ll find a locked gate. After unlocking with Alohomora, the gate will lead you to the Headless Hunt ballroom, which appears in the book of Chamber of Secrets.

- In the prologue where you’re in Gringotts, you pass through a waterfall that washes away enchantments & hear about the Thieves’ Downfall, which appears in Deathly Hallows during Harry, Ron, & Hermione’s break-in at Gringotts.

- If you’re a Gryffindor & search for Richard Jackdaw’s corpse, you’ll find a lake in the Forbidden Forest on the way to the location, & this lake is the one where Harry saves himself & Sirius from the Dementors in Prisoner of Azkaban.

- In a cave under Hogwarts, you’ll find a mural of the giant squid.

I believe the gravestone outside hagrids hut is homage to the late Robbie Coltrane

fun little extra, with the Werewolf tapestries, casting lumos while right in front of them will change what is depicted on those tapestries.
Its no hidden achievement nor does it give any treasure for as far as I can tell.

As for the dragon.
After doing a specific quest, a dragon will occasionally fly over head while you are exploring.
I even had a moment where I was just walking past a pasture with cows, only to have the dragon swoop down and grab one of the cows, likely taking it to its lair to feed.

I like hearing students and teachers talk about their schools in other country's.
Perhaps if the studio is ambitious enough, they could make sequels that are set in those schools (where our old player character comes to find our new character as potential wielders of Ancient Magic, and educate us in its use)
It would be a huge undertaking to expand so vastly on the wizarding world on almost untouched lore compared to the usual setting at Hogwarts, but just imagine how amazing it would be to have the wizarding world expand in such a way.
Let alone get a completely other take on the use of magic in other country's.

So in typical clickbait fashion, there's no portrait of Hagrid.

Inside the secret catacomb where you use crucio with sebastian and omninis there's a note from Salazar that actually refences the chamber of secret and it refers to the basilisk as a beast from what I remember.

I'm a Hufflepuff and I had NO idea that mission with Azkaban was something not everyone gets to see. That is AWESOME to have been able to experience that but it kinda sucks for everyone else lol.

You can actually fly close up to the dragon in the map, it is more about having luck by just be flying around in your broom coincidently when he flies nearby, and I was lucky enough to see it up close. Seems it is the same dragon that appears in the questline.

1:07 Linked to this, in the PlayStation exclusive quest, the poltergeist declares "Knight to H3!" when the player character comes across a human size chess board. This is the same move Ron made to win the game in The Philosopher's Stone.

7:00 this Easter egg isn't for this specific pair of armors. It actually has a chance to happen at any paired set of armors throughout Hogwarts, I've encountered it in the small room between the great hall and the hourglass room.

For the werewolves tapestries, if you use lumos they also change to show that the girl in the tapestries was actually a werewolf being chased.

Also, if you follow the Centaurs around along enough & encounter a spider(s), you'll see that spiders will cower in fear when they pass, but the moment you come near "meat is back on the menu."

You probably already know that but there's also an easter egg in a side quest called "solved by the bell" where you have to hit some bells to create Harry Potter's actual theme song. Did that yesterday and felt really nostalgic...

I was very pleased when I came upon a mission that turns the game into a Black and White mode if you will and it is a reference to the Deathly Hallows and the 3 brothers. The Cloak, The Wand & The Gem. I def enjoyed that small part of the game. I am always looking out for the Easter Eggs and such. Great video btw, much appreciated.

Don't worry if you haven't come across the reference to the Deathly Hallows and the 3 Brothers yet. Just keep playing the game and you will eventually get to it. It's part of the main quest/Map Chamber trials.

Also, a quick side note. If anyone is going for a 100% achievement, then you will have to play as all 4 houses at some point.
-The Toast of the Town = Find the Map Chamber as a Slytherin.
-The Gryffindor in the Graveyard = Find the Map Chamber as a Gryffindor.
-The Wise Owl = Find the Map Chamber as a Ravenclaw.
-The Auror's Apprentice = Find the Map Chamber as a Hufflepuff. (When I do this playthrough is when I will be looking for the trip to the Prison of Azkaban.)

There's also an additional appearance of the mandrake and niffler stuffed toys - ontop of the highest mountain/hill to the east of Hogsmeade they are overlooking the castle with 3 cups of tea next to them which you can interract with.
