Holy shit! I felt things I never felt before, the elephant exercise was so powerful, I felt the strength of our ancestors, and I felt capable of surviving and taking care of myself. I’ve been recovering from suicidal ideation and going through an intense awakening.

Yin yoga has helped me stabilize quite a bit and now I’m ready to add more yang style practices.

I am like a newborn baby learning to feel safe and secure and strong and stable again.

This is perfect for mornings.

This Routine will definitely help get our energy activated and balanced . I felt energy surge as we progressed and than enjoyed relaxing back down. Feeling Calm yet Energized at the same time !

I greatly appreciate it as I was following instructions my spiritual Guardian was inspiring me to keep following instructions. and I completed 28 minutes and 4 seconds of the video. I'm going to make this video a part of my everyday living. I greatly appreciate it once again. Afterwards, I was feeling relaxing and calming.

amazing thank you! i had to pause after the first breathwork exercise for a couple mins!
as i think the blocked root chakra opened up and had a huge cry and then felt a sense of relief afterwards! and continued the session.. thank you!!

This is just what I needed. My Reiki practitioner told me to find root chakra Kundalini and this is perfect. Very slow, deliberate, grounding and each cria is not long. Thank you!
