I have had many sweet & sour dishes in my life (loved it as a kid and still love it as a somewhat grown-up adult. Ha!). I enjoy the more western versions (S&S pork/chicken) just as much as the more 'sophisticated' Chinese versions like Peking pork chops. But I must say that the flavour of this particular sweet & sour sauce of Marion's is AMAZING! Make the sauce, and you can use it for other dishes as well. So yummy!
