A family shattered by doctor's negligence

Plenty of people have gone to jail for something they didn't even do.

It's bad enough going to prison after being wrongfully accused, but being accused of doing that to a baby must have been horrifying to him. Then, there are always those people who will still judge him for that, even after being acquitted.

So what happened with the doctor? Was he investigated especially since the report was found in his office mysteriously.

My husband's uncle served 12 years for a murder he had nothing to do with. He was acquitted via a similar organization that takes on cases of people who claim to have been falsely imprisoned.
His case wasn't as nefariously set up as this, but it's 12 years he'll never get back. When he went in his kids were small children. When he came out they were adults or almost adults.
Believe it or not, he's the nicest, most positive guy you'll ever meet. You'd never guess he'd spent 12 of the last 14 years in prison. I don't know how he's not bitter and jaded. Luckily his wife and kids stood by him the whole time, so that helped.

I'm from the black community, a whole lot of people go to jail and some even get executed for nothing

She's 100% right. No innocent person has ever gone to jail. Not even one.

There are people that go to jail because of the way the detectives proceed to research the case, or they just grab someone to blame. Most times the right people are caught and jailed.

This man was actually at the Jail that a relative worked as a nurse and he was the man with a few others who saved her life during a riot .It was very sad as not many people who worked with him believed he belonged in prison.That doc was awful

This is horrible...and that dr/pathologist or whatever the criminal is should be charged, sentenced and jailed!!! His incompetence and negligence cause this innocent man to be locked up. May he receive all that is his and total healing in Yeshua's name🙏🏼

11 yrs was stolen 2 this man and his family
