A father was recording when doctors at Chandler Regional Medical Center dropped his 3-pound newborn.

It wasn’t the doctor. It was the nurse that grabbed the blanket pulling it away too fast! You can see it in his face by the way he looks at her! I bet he had words to say to her after that!!

I'll bet that nurse got read the riot act afterward. Note the look the doctor shoots her after she pulls the blanket out too quickly and hastily upward, not even being careful to check that nothing was tangled with the baby or doctor's hand. It was 100% that nurse's fault. If I were the father (who I'm assuming was the one filming), I would've cussed that nurse out for her carelessness.

If youre looking for a full story - this little girls name is morgan. Her mother had just given birth to her and her twin sister prematurely. The father was the one recording. The father yelled "you just dropped my baby" and they didnt say anything about it, just nonchalantly went back to work. The parents found out six weeks later (which is insane i couldnt imagine healthcare workers not informing me of my babys health) that morgan had a GMH, which is a hemorrhage (bleeding in the brain), and had to have an ultrasound done for it while in the hospital. Although this is not uncommon for babies born prematurely so it is unknown if that is caused by the drop. The parents wanted an apology when they confronted the hospital staff, but were not given one, so they released the video publicly. Sources say that the hospital nor staff have yet to apologize about the handling of this little girl. She is since doing well, and seems to have no medical issues...
