For anyone wondering why people are talking about the plane breaking, it’s because when they were kids, his brother got him a medical set and the knife was part of it. Then a bit later on his brother fell off a train and died.😢

But the person who was yelling, his name is Shawn, and he wanted to be a surgeon. So for his birthday on day him and his brother were living in a bus so his brother got him that toy, but shortly after that his brother died😢

Context: so basically in this specific episode doctor shaun Murphy was going to get fired, and it seems like he got a bit mad and was yelling at the other person to tell him “I am a surgeon” which kind of means I’m a surgeon and I like my job. After looking through the comments I see that the knife he has was a knife his brother gave him before he died?
