Is Nintendo Switch 2 TOO Expensive?

I expected that price for the switch 2 (already saved up for it). But 80 dollars for games is insane.

It’s not the console. It’s the games. $80 is a BAD precedent. If Nintendo has the courage to charge that for their games and the features being late to the party with better resolution, fps, social interactions etc, IMAGINE the courage Sony and Microsoft are going to have down the road for their games.

Games are $80 for digital version and $90 for physical, then pay extra for DLC. Why is nobody talking about this?!

Switch 2 should have been $400 and Games should have been $70. These $450 and $80 price tags aren’t going to cut it with the upcoming recession.

The switch 2s price itself is ok, but the games are TWENTY DOLLARS more than the switch 1 games

Edit: I forgot about the price of physical games, those are THIRTY ENTIRE DOLLARS more than the switch one, they finna make smash bros dlc for ONE fighter 15 dollars and I won’t even be surprised.

You can thank the tariffs for the price not Nintendo. Cost in Japan is $340
