2.Start your day with Lemon water. Lemon-juice is packed with electrolytes like magnesium and potassium, which are essential for energy production. Squeeze juice out of half a lemon and add it to 150 ml of warm water. Add a pinch of salt and drink it first thing in the morning to start your day off with an energy boost.

3.Get plenty of sleep each night. While you sleep, your body repairs itself and the brain restores its energy supply so that you can wake up in the morning feeling ready for the day. 6.Laugh!

I still have so much trouble sleeping at night even though I exercise, I stopped eating a lot of sugar, and I drink plenty of water. idk what to do because I feel so exhausted all the time and it's awful

I don't mind the voice I did at first. but it's better than when a person puts out a video on something simple and then talks for an hour and the battery on the phone goes dead and it uses up everything that you're doing just to watch one simple statement at least this gets the information out and done and yes I like some of my videos with the human element but some of the people Babble on and on kind of like what I'm doing right now! Haha
