Chocolate cupcake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder (bensdorp)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white sugar
1 cup evap milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 large egg
1 tbsp vinegar
Chopped peanuts for toppings (optional)

3 oz muffin pan.
