►1 large egg room temperature
►2 tsp vanilla extract

I made these for my 4y on his birthday and they were a huge hit!! I read somewhere to add a pinch of cinnamon to the icing to bring out the chocolate flavor, so I did that and it was so yum!! I also did 4oz of coffee and 4 oz of Buttermilk instead of all coffee and only added a teaspoon of vinegar! They were the easiest to make and also yummiest chocolate cupcakes we've ever had! 😋

I made these cupcakes for dessert for after we finished fasting yesterday and they really were soo delicious...super moist, really easy to make with clear instructions!
