Hello Mr Gordi, I listened to this video 2 times sitting up and I fall asleep the first time in about 3 minutes and woke up at 51 minutes, then the second time I fell asleep in about 3 minutes and woke up 142 minutes had some far away dreams driving a car and getting lost few times not really remember much, and advise on staying aware ?
