Hey Jason, thanks so much for these, could you do more guided visualisations that have positive affirmations right til the end of the video? I listen every night n it helps me sleep, but if I'm not yet asleep when the visualisation ends or if I wake up, I love it when I can sink back into the affirmations on a loop, I struggle to fall back to sleep when it's just music xx

Last night / or this morning I can honestly tell you Jason, I had a very lucid dream. I know I did because I said it was just a dream, then I woke up.

Last night fell asleep listening to this video, i started off as you said visualize a door glowing with golden light with my mind causing my bedroom door to light up. My mind had my body stand as a avatar and go towards the door. When i opened it all 7 of my cats were sitting in front of the door stareing unblinkingly. I stepped around them and headed for the front door. All cats following my every step until i reached the front door then they sat stareing at me again. When i put my hand on the door knob it too suddenly shown a bright gold light. But I stepped outside and I was standing in Goermira Forest and in front of me was my dnd character Fen a 12 ft tall Firbolg holding his hand down for me to climb up on. As the video continued about more doors, like quests appearing as we walked. My brain gave me enemies to fight. Including suddenly growing flaming giant angelic appearing phoenix wings and heing able to fly through the shifting magic forest. When the video went silent, I was confronting my son standing on a small cliff while he screamed at me from the beach with his feet in the water.

The meditation was amazing. Wish the adventure part was longer. But man it helped me work through some internal issues I am dealing with.

I would like to share my story

Sometimes when i sleep i get dreams in which i can feel everything in real even if someone breathing close to me i can sense it and it's feels real


So this happens today also i was taking nap and i felt like someone is touching my feet and even pinched
I started thinking who it could be cause i stay alone when i opened my eyes there was nobody .
