Just put a dot next to the medicines you’re going to give so you remember them, you are allowed to do that. Plus if there’s an allergy there and they most likely will give you someone’s like that on the paper, then don’t even read the rest of the prescription cause you know that they’re allergic to it so just code it say why you’re not giving it and move on, you only have 15 minutes.

Please with the new OSCE bleep number is only on the format page, if the rest of the prescription does not have it, is the prescription valid or not?

I watched a video and de tutor said u can code start medication when it has been given PRN n it not yet time to be administered again…but u stated we shld only code antimicrobials and regular meds….can you pls help clarify this for me pls…

Thanks for the video. I have a question, do I have to code an incomplete prescription if the start day is tomorrow? Or do I only verbalize that I will escalate to the doctor to correct the prescription before the due time?

What if patient is NBM and for operation but you she/he is due for Levothyrocine and anti hypertension. Should we omit it because she is NBM or proceed giving gbit with sips of water?

Hi Ma’am kapag po ba nabigay na sa STAT DOSE yung Paracetamol by 1400H then during 1600H Drug Rounds eh nag pain ang patient and may PRN na Paracetamol which is hindi binigay kasi 2 hours interval lang. No code po iyon diba? Kasi PRN? And NO NEED NA PO ISULAT SA LIKOD SA DRUGS THAT WAS NOT ADMINISTERED? I hope you can help me po. Thank you!

Hi can we code stat medication and as in ur video where you have code 2. Do we sign next to 2 and sign ofcourse at back page also, but i had been taught not to sign next to code as you be signing at back page. Please could you clarify this I have exam in few days time. Thank you
