I think it's nice to ask the patient if he has eaten before giving the drug and also if they have swallowing difficulty before dispensing the drugs.
Also for digoxin she ought to ask assessor for patients current pulse rate and if below 60 she shouldn't give. Aside these observations she did well

Thank you for the informative vedio. But she has omitted the paracetamol because it was allready given by another nurse at 9:00.However she didn't code and gave reason on documentation.
